About
A one-day workshop at Three Little Pigs where participants blend their own botanical gin and wild mocktails with a herbalist tutor.
This workshop explores the history of gin from its Middle Ages origins as herbal medicine to modern artisan production. Participants flavour a neutral spirit with juniper and other fresh and dried herbs and spices, including freshly foraged garden herbs, to create their own gin blend to take home. The day also covers making wild mocktails as a non-alcoholic alternative, and runs from 10am to 4pm with a ploughman-style lunch included. Places are limited to 8.
