Mini Leather Satchel Workshop

A one-day leathercraft workshop at Three Little Pigs where participants make a small leather satchel using traditional saddlery techniques.

This popular full-day leather workshop teaches participants to dye and prepare leather, hand stitch with the traditional two-needle saddlers method, fit buckles and fastenings, and bevel and burnish leather for a professional finish. Each attendee completes a leather satchel measuring approximately 25cm x 20cm x 10cm, guided by a tutor throughout. All materials and a ploughman-style lunch are included, and places are limited to eight. Some prior experience of hand stitching is preferable, as the workshop involves a lot of stitching and hole punching.
