A spooky Halloween-themed yoga session for children aged 4-9 at Wenlock Wellness Space in Much Wenlock.
Hosted by Emily of Wellness Within, a children's yoga practitioner, this Halloween-themed class runs for 90 minutes and is limited to five children for a small, engaging group. Children can expect Halloween-themed yoga poses and games, trick or treat colouring and a spooky biscuit to snack on. Adults are welcome to join in without a ticket or relax in the seating area with a 'witches brew' tea. The session is ideal for ages 4-9, though younger and older children are welcome.
