Filipino Baking Workshop

Learn to bake Pan de Sal, coconut-filled rolls and an ube-filled plaited loaf in a hands-on Filipino baking class.

The class uses enriched doughs to explore three Filipino bakery staples: Pan de Sal, Pan de Coco and an ube-filled variation of Monggo Bread. All experience levels are welcome. Participants must be at least twelve, and anyone under eighteen needs an accompanying paying adult. Recipes use wheat, egg, dairy, nuts and sulphites; substitutions are not offered. Individual tutors are not named.
