Sensational Sounds - Sound Bath

A sound bath session combining movement, meditation, and vibrational sounds generated by gongs and Tibetan bowls.

This session introduces movement, meditation, and breath work based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. Participants will experience 45 minutes of vibrational sounds generated by gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and percussion instruments. The event aims to release stress and stimulate blood flow throughout the body to enhance healing.
