Sound Bath Meditation at Haversham Social & Community Centre

A monthly evening sound bath meditation with drums, singing bowls and gongs at Haversham Social & Community Centre.

Inneflow hosts a monthly sound bath meditation on the second Wednesday evening, with this session running 7.30–8.30pm. Participants lie on provided mats while being bathed in sound and vibrations from meditative drums, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, aimed at releasing tension and reaching calm. The session is pre-book only, for over-18s (16+ with a parent), and attendees are asked to bring cushions, a blanket and water.
