An Evening of Breath & Sound

A guided breathwork and sound bath session for relaxation and self-connection at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.

Stillness Within hosts an evening of immersive breathwork and sound bathing. The session opens with healing pranayama breathwork intended to open the body's energy systems, followed by a sound meditation using the host's sacred instruments. Essential oils are used during the experience, which ends with herbal tea and an oracle card pull; attendees bring a yoga mat, cushions and a blanket. The session lasts 90 minutes and participants are asked to disclose certain health conditions before booking.
