Midweek Sound Bath Meditation - Mursley

A monthly morning sound bath meditation at Mursley Village Hall using singing bowls, chimes and percussion to ease stress and rebalance.

Inneflow hosts a calming sound bath meditation on the second Wednesday of each month, running from 10.30am to 11.30am with doors opening at 10.20am. Participants lie on provided mats while sound bath practitioner Shon Ross weaves together singing bowls, gentle percussion, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Cushions, blankets and eye masks are available, and the session is open to over-18s (or 16+ with a parent), with some health exclusions advised.
