Breathwork & Sound Bath

A one-hour guided breathwork session followed by a relaxing sound bath at Sir Ken Dodd Happiness Hall in Knotty Ash, Liverpool.

This in-person session guides participants through breathwork to release tension and stress, followed by a soothing sound bath to relax mind and body. The hall's acoustics amplify the sound, frequency and vibration of the instruments. Attendees are advised to bring a mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask and water, and the session is not suitable for those with epilepsy, sound sensitivity or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
