Chef, artist and food historian Louisa Mokadem hosts a banquet inspired by Christmas tables through the ages, tracing midwinter celebration beyond the Victorian era. Dishes are reimagined from old recipes and served in medieval-style 'messes', shared between guests, alongside forgotten festive foods, games and storytelling.
