Turnips

Free morning craft sessions for children aged five and under and their families, inspired by the gallery's current exhibition.

Turnips is a series of family craft sessions in the Clore Learning Studio at Turner Contemporary, designed for children aged five and under. Families explore a range of hands-on crafting activities inspired by the gallery's current exhibition, using messy materials such as paint and glue, with some natural or plant-based materials. Each hour-long session takes place on selected Thursday mornings, and buggy storage and accessible access are available.
