About
A guided sunset walk at Montrose Basin to watch pink-footed geese return to roost, led by Scottish Wildlife Trust staff.
An evening wildlife-watching walk at Montrose Basin, meeting at Tayock car park and walking out to the Goose Hide to watch pink-footed geese return to roost at sunset. October is often the peak time for goose numbers, and Scottish Wildlife Trust staff share expert knowledge during the outing. Participants should wear warm clothing and bring a camping chair and torch; the end time is flexible depending on the geese, and minimum age is 12.
