The evening includes a guided settling-in meditation, EFT tapping, an immersive sound bath with crystal bowls and chimes, and individual facial pressure point massage, alongside aromatherapy, tea and treats. Aimed at calming the nervous system and releasing tension, the session is open to all with no prior experience needed; attendees should wear comfortable clothing.
