Sound Bath Topstones near Tilton and Billesdon

This evening sound bath begins with a short guided meditation to calm the body and still the mind, followed by an immersive soundscape of Singing Bowl, Gong, Hand pan, Shamanic Drum, Sansula, Koshi Bells and Rainstick played around and over the body. Participants lie comfortably on provided camping mats while the vibrations are absorbed, with additional introspective meditative practices. The session lasts 75 minutes, doors open at 7:15pm, and entry is not permitted once the sound bath has begun. Attendees should bring a blanket, pillow and comfortable clothes.
