Relaxation Evening: Find Your Calm

A one-hour guided relaxation session with breathwork, EFT tapping, meditation and sound to ease stress before the festive rush.

Calm Within Meditation hosts an evening of nervous system regulation at Measham Village Hall, running 7–8pm with doors from 6:45pm. The session combines gentle breathwork, EFT tapping, guided meditation and immersive sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, a rain stick, ocean drum and gong. Aimed at people feeling stressed or overwhelmed, it is open to beginners aged 16+; attendees bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and a wellbeing shop is available before and after.
