Pilates, Breathwork & Sound Bath

A wellness session designed for women, combining a Pilates session, guided conscious breathwork, and a Reiki-infused sound bath.

The evening begins with a Pilates session focused on building strength and releasing tension. This is followed by conscious breathwork to help participants slow down and reconnect with themselves. The event concludes with a Reiki-infused sound bath, allowing attendees to surrender to calming vibrations and deep relaxation.
