Sound Spirit Healing Soundbath & Angelic Healing

A one-hour sound bath with gongs and angelic reiki healing at Pendleton Village Hall, followed by tea and biscuits.

Sound Spirit Healing hosts a sound bath in which participants sit or lie while Kath and Colette play gongs and other instruments, channelling angelic reiki to promote relaxation and emotional wellbeing. The session lasts one hour, and attendees are asked to arrive ten minutes early and bring something to lie on, a cover, a pillow and water. Afterwards there is tea and a biscuit to ground and share experiences. Not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or under 18.
