Gong Bath Meditation at Cornelly Community Centre with Alex Jackson

A one-hour gong bath meditation led by sound therapist Alex Jackson at Cornelly Community Centre.

This hour-long session uses gongs, singing bowls and other overtone-emitting instruments to create vibrations intended to encourage deep relaxation and meditative states. Participants lie down for the experience and are asked to bring their own yoga mat, blanket and refreshments. Alex Jackson is a gong master and sound therapist with over 20 years' experience as a therapeutic musician.
