Evening Cookery Club – Middle Eastern

This is a hands-on cookery class where participants learn to prepare a seasonal selection of Middle Eastern dishes.

The class covers recipes from North Africa, such as Chicken Tagine and Moroccan Lamb Kafta Tagine, and dishes from the Levant, including Baba Ghanoush and Za’atar Flatbreads. Designed for home cooks, the sessions are relaxed and informative, led by teaching chefs. Participants prepare the dishes, which they can eat during breaks or take home.
