A one-day refresher course for trainers updating their skills in delivering safe, effective Moving People Safely training.

This refresher course allows trainers to update their knowledge and practice in delivering Moving People Safely training. It covers a review of service policies and procedures, a legislation recap, CQC inspection updates and developing a positive safety culture. Topics include risk assessment and management, bariatric client considerations, LOLER requirements, prevention and management of slips, trips and falls, safe wheelchair use and guidance for getting clients safely in and out of vehicles.
