Migrateful hosts a pop-up cookery class in which Chef Judith teaches participants to make some of her favourite Ecuadorian dishes, followed by a shared sit-down meal. The menu draws on Ecuadorian cuisine from the Pacific coast, Andes and Amazon, with dishes such as ceviche, tigrillo and empanadas, and reflects Judith's background in healthy-eating community work. The session lasts two and a half hours and is vegetarian friendly.
