Ecuadorian Cookery Class with Judith

Chef Judith leads a hands-on Ecuadorian cookery class at Migrateful’s Appleby Blue kitchen, followed by a shared meal.

The class explores Ecuadorian cooking through Ecuadorian ceviche, tigrillo, beef and vegetable stews, empanadas and colada morada. Participants cook together in teams, hear about the food’s cultural context and techniques, then eat the meal together. The menu is subject to change and recipes are sent after class. Migrateful lists allergens and says it cannot substitute ingredients for dietary requirements, so guests should check the menu before booking.
