Samhain Sound Bath

A candlelit Samhain sound bath at Let's Retreat, using crystal singing bowls to mark the turning of the year.

Sarah Manzano hosts a one-hour Samhain sound bath at Let's Retreat in Angmering, held by candlelight to honour the turning of the year and the season of descent. Participants sink into an immersive sound bath as crystal singing bowls resonate through the body, creating space for remembering, releasing and reflection. Guests may bring the name of someone to remember or something to release, or simply come as they are.
