A two-day hands-on course in extracting natural dyes and colouring textiles with plant materials.
Learn to identify dye plants and make natural dyes for fabric and yarn. The programme covers mordanting, over-dyeing, tie-dye and making dye baths, including an indigo vat; participants make a dye swatch and colour items to take home.
