Floating Sound Meditation at the Old Course Hotel

A floating sound bath at Kohler Waters Spa where guests drift in the pool as calming sound tones play, with optional spa access.

Guests float weightlessly in the spa pool while calming sound tones wash over them, an experience combining water and sound to help release stress. Doors open from 7.30pm for use of the spa facilities, with the sound bath commencing at 8pm; the overall event runs for 1 hour 30 minutes. Tickets cost £50 per person, with an optional £40 add-on for two hours' access to the spa pool, hydrotherapy suite, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. Bathrobes, towels and sliders are provided.
