Participants float on provided mattresses in the 30°C pool area while a session of guided settling meditation and sound bath instruments — gong, tubes and chimes — plays around them, with eye masks provided and a qualified lifeguard present throughout. The 90-minute, 18+ session invites deep rest and switching off from everyday pressures; attendees bring a blanket, pillow and comfortable clothing or swimwear, though they won't enter the water.
