Practise laminated dough and sweet pastry through croissants, pain aux raisins, pain au chocolat and filled tarts.
The workshop welcomes bakers of all experience levels. Participants must be at least 12, and anyone under 18 must attend with a paying adult. Recipes cannot be adapted through ingredient substitutions; ask the school about allergens before booking.
