Game Class

Prepare venison, pheasant and partridge in a hands-on seasonal game butchery class.

Practise larding a venison haunch, preparing stuffed pheasant legs and separating breast meat, and getting partridge ready for roasting. Participants take prepared game home; dinner and wine are included. The official class terms specify participants over18 and Challenge25 photo-ID checks. Dietary needs should be discussed with the organiser before booking.
