St Albans Dance Collective hosts a monthly conscious dance evening rooted in 5Rhythms® and other conscious dance traditions, offering a movement meditation through music, guided exploration and free dance. This session features Alex Svoboda, founder of freedomDANCE, who trained with Gabrielle Roth and Anna Halprin and brings his own musical style and gentle guidance. No steps or choreography to learn; adults of all ages and experience levels are welcome to move freely on the Yoga Hall's wooden floor.
