Seeing the World Through the Eyes of Others
About
A self-contained evening meditation class in Belper exploring how to see the world from others' perspectives, part of an eight-week course on happiness and compassion.
This session forms part of 'Creating a Happy Life', a practical eight-week meditation course held on Thursday evenings at the Old School House in Belper. Each class is self-contained and open to everyone, with no previous experience required, and seating is on chairs. The 5 November session, 'Seeing the World Through the Eyes of Others', explores practical Buddhist wisdom for developing empathy, confidence and compassion, taught by Kelsang Tharlam of Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre.
