Creating Harmony
About
A self-contained evening meditation class in Burton upon Trent exploring how abandoning negative actions helps create harmonious relationships and lasting happiness.
This session of the Calm Mind, Happy Life meditation course looks at how our actions affect both ourselves and others. Teacher Kelsang Jema explains how recognising and abandoning actions motivated by anger, selfishness and other negative minds can prevent future problems and build the causes of lasting happiness. The class combines practical Buddhist wisdom with guided meditation and is open to everyone, with no previous experience needed. Seating is on chairs and each class in the series is self-contained.
