Relaxing group sound bath - Thorngumbald

A 60-minute sound bath led by Matt Walton Sound, using drums, singing bowls, and chimes, designed to be deeply relaxing and meditative.

This sound bath is designed to help attendees relax and restore by using the sounds of drums, singing bowls, and chimes. Participants are encouraged to lie on a yoga mat or sit comfortably while the soundscape envelop them. The session begins with an explanation of the instruments and a brief breathing exercise before the main sound experience.
