Relaxing Group Sound Bath - Brough

A 60-minute sound bath led by Matt Walton Sound, featuring drums, singing bowls, and chimes, designed for deep relaxation.

This sound bath is designed to help participants relax and restore by using the sounds of drums, singing bowls, and chimes. The session begins with an explanation of the instruments and expectations, followed by a brief breathing exercise. Participants are encouraged to lie on a yoga mat or sit comfortably while the sound bath deepens the meditative experience.
