Sound Bath by Sally Blyth

A one-hour immersive sound bath session led by qualified sound practitioner Sally Blyth at Sharrow Performing Arts Space in Sheffield.

Sally Blyth, a British Academy of Sound Therapy-qualified sound practitioner with over 14 years' experience, leads a fully immersive sound bath in a circular, sound-proofed space with natural light and underfloor heating. The hour-long session is intended to help participants relax and recharge for the week ahead. Attendees should bring their own yoga or sleeping mat, plus optional comforts such as a blanket, pillow or eye mask, and water; the venue is fully accessible with free on-site parking.
