Ingleborough Cave Sound Bath ♡ Beneath the Yorkshire Dales

A guided sound bath held inside Ingleborough Cave, reached via a walk along the Ingleborough Estate Nature Trail.

Participants meet at The Old Sawmill Café at 2:30pm and walk roughly 1.2 miles along the Ingleborough Estate Nature Trail to the cave entrance. After collecting hard hats, they walk through the lit cave passageways to a space where an approximately one-hour seated sound bath takes place from 3:30pm, using the cave's natural acoustics. The cave stays around 8°C, and the return walk is in darkness, so torches are required. Ticket options are bring-your-own chair or a provided camping chair.
