Psychedelics & Relationships: Intimacy, Love and Beyond

A Seed Talks evening exploring the science of psychedelics and 'love drugs' and their potential role in intimacy and couples therapy, with Q&A.

Seed Talks presents a talk on how psychedelics and MDMA may affect love, intimacy and partner communication, drawing on emerging research including work from Imperial College London. Speaker Tommaso Barba, a PhD candidate at Imperial's Centre for Psychedelic Research, discusses potential therapeutic uses in couples therapy alongside the ethics of pharmacologically influencing love. Doors open at 7pm with the talk starting at 7.30pm, followed by a Q&A; the event runs about two and a half hours.
