A guided awayday retreat focused on the meditation of love, led by Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Dragden.
This retreat offers short teachings and guided meditations designed to help participants become familiar with the core meditations on the mind of love. The sessions are structured with teachings and meditation, followed by breaks and heart jewel prayers. Attendees can discuss teachings and meditations with the teacher and fellow participants throughout the day.
