Sound Bath: Deep Stillness

A one-hour guided breathwork and sound bath session with crystal bowls and chimes for relaxation at Hughenden Village Hall.

The Hush Room hosts an evening of guided breathwork followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes and gentle percussion, aimed at rest, nervous system regulation and stress relief. The session lasts one hour and no experience is needed; mats, blankets and pillows are provided.
