Centrepiece with Helen Graham

An evening of conversation, cookery demonstration and vegetarian food tasting with chef Helen Graham, author of the cookbook Centrepiece.

Chef Helen Graham, former executive chef of Bubala and author of the cookbook Centrepiece, joins the museum for an evening celebrating vegetable-led cooking. The event opens with a conversation between Helen and curator Sam Goldstone-Brady, followed by a cookery demonstration of her favourite vegetarian dishes. Guests then sample the dishes with a glass of wine before a book signing. Age guidance is 15+.
