Christmas Gong Bath in Support of Trafford Domestic Abuse Services (TDAS)

A 90-minute Christmas gong bath at Oyez Arts in Altrincham, raising funds for Trafford Domestic Abuse Services.

Rachel of Swallow Sound hosts an intimate Christmas gong bath in the historic Chambers of Altrincham Town Hall, with stained-glass windows illuminated for the evening. The evening opens with a welcome and introduction to TDAS, followed by a 90-minute gong bath where participants lie or sit comfortably while gong sounds and vibrations wash over them, then finishes with refreshments, a gift bag and a raffle. Just 24 places are available, and any surplus after costs is donated to TDAS, a charity supporting people affected by domestic abuse.
