About
A one-hour guided sound bath at OMH Therapies in Edinburgh using gongs, drums, bowls and voice to promote deep relaxation.
This hour-long sound bath invites participants to relax while waves of instruments and voice sounds wash over them. The session features the Tam Tam Gong, shamanic drum, Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, kalimba thumb piano and voice channelling, alongside sacred and shamanic songs. Organisers describe it as a journey for releasing emotional blocks and grounding, open to everyone aged 18 and over, with mats, pillows and blankets provided.
