Moonwater Planet hosts a Transcendent Gong Bath, a one-hour immersive sound session at the Eden Blue Centre in Eastbourne's Old Town. Participants lie back as gongs and crystal singing bowls are played, with the session intended to promote relaxation, release tension and encourage a meditative state. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, chairs are available as an alternative, and attendees are advised to bring their own pillow and something cosy for extra comfort. Doors open at 7.20pm and the session starts at 7.30pm; the event is for ages 16+ and no experience is necessary.
