Successful Subject Leadership (Primary)

A three-hour in-person training session for primary teachers with subject leadership roles, led by Felix Rayner of River Learning Trust.

This CPD session is designed for primary and special school teachers who lead the work of other colleagues, whether new to subject leadership or more experienced. Anchored in the Core Principles for Curriculum Leadership and informed by research, it covers culture, communication, developing teacher subject knowledge, quality of education and quality assurance. The session is run by Felix Rayner, Director of Primary Education at River Learning Trust, and is funded for River Learning Trust staff with discounted rates for OTSA partner schools.
