Art Unpacked: Celebrating New Acquisitions Since 2020

An exhibition at Museum & Art Swindon showcasing artworks acquired for the collection since 2020, including paintings, prints and ceramics.

This display presents a selection of around 200 artworks acquired by Museum & Art Swindon since the start of 2020, developed with artists, organisations and advisors. The works span paintings, drawings, prints and studio ceramics from the 20th and 21st centuries, by artists who have shaped the local and national art scene from the mid-1900s to today. The featured image is Ray Hedger's 'Sleeping Nude II' (1992).
