About
Prepare Syrian dishes with Manal, including stuffed courgettes, aubergine pilaf, cheese rolls, lentil soup, salads and filled dates, then eat together.
Participants prepare different dishes in small teams and eat together with the chef. Recipes are emailed after the class. Bring your own apron and containers for leftovers. The advertised menu can change, and ingredient substitutions are not promised. Ages 14–17 require a ticketed adult companion. The school has four entrance steps and an accessible toilet; ask the organiser about individual access requirements.
