Monthly Restorative Yin and Guided Meditation

A monthly 90-minute Yin Yoga class followed by a guided meditation, themed around the season, at YMCA Bath.

Once a month, usually on the first Sunday, YMCA Bath hosts a 90-minute immersive class combining around an hour of Yin Yoga with a roughly 25-minute guided meditation. Sessions are themed around the time of year, featuring readings, poetry and a curated playlist, with candle light and fairy lights in the darker months. The December session runs as a longer charity fundraiser to support the YMCA's charitable work, with a seasonal celebration at the end.
