Guided by holistic career coach Rose Victoria, with group Reiki from Victoria of Sweet Body and Soul, this two-hour in-person session is designed for anyone feeling stuck or at a career crossroads. Participants move through an energising grounding practice, a reflective release process, intention-setting and a closing guided meditation with Reiki, all set to music. There is no pressure to speak or share, and the emphasis is on reconnecting with intuition and identifying one small, aligned next step.
