Tudor Christmas Traditions for Home Educator Families

A hands-on Tudor Christmas workshop for home-educated families at Mary Arden's Farm, with crafts, music, dancing and decorated Tudor house tours.

This festive workshop for home educator families returns to Mary Arden's Farm, decorated with Tudor-inspired natural Christmas greenery. Children aged 7 to 12 paint holly, ivy and mistletoe wall-hangings, make scented pomanders from oranges and cloves, create their own Christmas decoration, and learn about Tudor Christmas traditions. The session also includes Tudor Christmas music and dancing, exploring the decorated Tudor house and meeting the farm's rare breed animals. Each child must be accompanied by a nominated adult, ideally with no more than four children per adult.
