IATP Non-Licensed Asbestos Work Refresher

A four-hour IATP-certified refresher course in Wimborne Minster updating trade operatives on non-licensed work with asbestos-containing materials.

This refresher course updates delegates who have previously completed a non-licensed asbestos working qualification within the past 18 months. It covers legislation, asbestos zones, personal protective equipment, decontamination, waste disposal, risk assessment, plans of work and emergency procedures, with content tailored to a Training Needs Assessment. The session includes a multiple-choice exam, is certificated by IATP, and the award is valid for one year. It is aimed at tradespeople whose work may disturb asbestos-containing materials, in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
