The Jam Jar Presents: Saigon Soul Revival

Ho Chi Minh City band Saigon Soul Revival bring their revival of 1960s and 70s Vietnamese soul music to The Jam Jar, with support from The Grey Area.

Saigon Soul Revival, a five-piece from Ho Chi Minh City, perform reinterpretations and original grooves in the spirit of Saigon's pre-1975 golden era of Nhạc Vàng, blending Vietnamese folk, soul ballads, flamenco and psychedelic rock textures. The band has toured internationally since 2023, including WOMAD and Trans Musicales, and is joined on stage where possible by zither player Hải Phượng Nguyễn. Support comes from The Grey Area. The show runs 7pm to 10pm and is open to ages 14+, with under-18s accompanied by a 21+ adult at a 1:1 ratio.
